We're strengthening our team with a skilled Contracts Administrator to support contract management, administer project agreements, and ensure compliance.
This role will be critical in supporting the successful establishment and administration of commercial contracts and agreements for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and supervise contract monitoring, contract administration, and compliance.
* Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts.
* Draft, prepare, and execute internal and external correspondence on contractual matters as required.
* Assist in resolving contract payment disputes and confer with contractors and other business units concerning contract payments and compliance.
* Perform and/or review contract payment and audits.
* Compile and maintain all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures.
About You
Required Skills and Competencies
* Ideally, but not required, Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Law, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze contractual/legal issues and provide solutions through appropriate problem-solving techniques.
* Ability to work collaboratively and positively with a range of internal customers and external suppliers.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve.
* Excellent communicator who can influence to achieve collaborative outcomes.
