Motor Mechanic Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Motor Mechanic to carry out mechanical tasks.
Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards. Work involves:
* Diagnosing and repairing engine and electrical faults in associated parts.
* Disassembling, inspecting, and repairing vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, and steering systems.
* Replacing worn or faulty parts, reassembling engines, and testing repaired systems to ensure they function properly.
* Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, engine tune-ups, and compliance checks with pollution regulations.
* Issuing roadworthiness certificates after detailed vehicle inspections.
* Providing breakdown support and responding to service calls.
* Utilizing diagnostic tools and computer systems to identify and rectify issues.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Strong diagnostic skills and experience using modern diagnostic equipment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
