About the role
We're looking for a Site Manager to confidently take ownership of their site, working closely with the management team to ensure seamless productivity for projects and a quality end-result. Day-to-day, this role is responsible for managing on-site operations, site WHS compliance, suppliers and trades to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management and coordination of all trades on site.
* Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, trades & suppliers.
* Offer technical and logistical support to subcontractors.
* Understand and interpret information from fabrication and construction drawings.
* Champion safe work practices from project planning through to site delivery.
* Ensure compliance with standards, policies, procedures, and documented specifications.
About you
* Demonstrated experience supervising/managing construction projects, including overseeing multiple trades simultaneously
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end to build process
* Have an eye for detail and pride yourself on a job well done
* Strong leadership skills with a knack for resolving site issues and directing resources efficiently.
* Strong communication skills
* Initiative and problem solving
