As a Surface Mining Key Account Manager, you'll work across the Bowen Basin, Mackay, and Gladstone, servicing conveyor systems within Coal Preparation Plants (CPPs) and other material handling facilities. This role focuses on building long-term relationships based on credibility, trust, and technical expertise.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of prep plant and washery clients
* Conduct site inspections and assess conveyor systems
* Recommend tailored service and product solutions
* Build deep technical trust through lived mining experience
* Negotiate contracts, prepare quotes, and identify growth opportunities
* Deliver revenue targets while strengthening client partnerships
You will report directly to the QLD State Manager, who will provide support and guidance throughout your career.
