Senior Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Leader to drive revenue growth across multiple segments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing annual sales plans, managing key accounts, leading a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and representing the properties at trade shows and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual sales strategies in collaboration with senior management.
* Manage key accounts across various market segments, including MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and F&B.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and conference team to achieve sales targets.
* Build and sustain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Represent the properties at trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Senior Sales Director or similar role in hospitality.
* Expertise in managing complex sales segments across multiple properties.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive results-oriented sales teams.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Knowledge of revenue management and distribution strategies to optimize sales performance.
