We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Instrumentation and Control Site Engineer to join the Woodman Point Team In this role, you will be responsible for complying with all technical requirements associated with off-site factory testing, installation works on site, site acceptance testing, commissioning, and the start-up of the project instrumentation, control & communications system.
Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Your focus will include:
* Accountable for performance and delivery of engineering services supporting project outcomes within budget and schedule.
* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders including the Project Engineering team, Site Supervision, Subcontractors, Client, and Vendors.
* Participate in construction and commissioning work on site, including Installation Test Records and punch list close-out.
* Contribute to a positive safety culture.
What You Will Bring
* Degree qualified with 10+ years of I&C Engineering experience.
* Site experience in Construction and Commissioning environments.
* Good knowledge of processing plants and power stations.
* Extensive knowledge of I&C communications and control systems (PLC and SCADA).
* Familiarity with Siemens automation software (SIMATIC PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, TopServer) and Schneider Electric SCADA (GeoSCADA); formal certification is a plus.
* Experience with industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.).
* Experience integrating IEC61850 communication with electrical relays, circuit breakers, and protection systems.
* Ability to prepare and review works packs and commissioning procedures.
