Adelaide | 5-Month Contract (Strong Extension Potential) | $70–80ph + Super
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager for a full-time contract role based in Adelaide.
This opportunity will commence immediately and run for an initial 5 months, with robust potential for extension.
A competitive hourly rate is on offer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, resistance management, and stakeholder engagement.
Partner with leaders and managers to address team concerns and support adoption.
Conduct impact assessments to analyse change effects across departments and individuals.
Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders effectively.
Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure smooth delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience working within Healthcare and with Local Health Networks.
Strong background in developing, implementing, and evaluating change management and communication strategies for ICT projects.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering high-quality communications tailored for multiple audiences, including internal and external stakeholders.
Experience using various communication tools, such as intranet/webpages, organisational messaging, group-specific communication, and collaborating with media teams for external engagement.
A
current National Police Check
(issued within the last 12 months).
