We are looking for amazing Head Trainers and Team Captains to lead our best in class F45 studios within our rapidly expanding UK portfolio.
Our ideal Head Trainer/ Team Captain:
- Is a true people person-- you'll get on well with members, fellow coaches and management alike, and use this skill to build a great community for the studio.
- Is an amazing coach themselves, able to perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with progressions and regressions as required. HTs will lead a significant proportion of their studio's sessions each week, delivering each one with enthusiasm.
- Will work and collaborate with Management to welcome new members, retain current members, and go the extra mile to ensure an exceptional service is being delivered.
- Will get stuck into the necessary admin to deal with member queries and keep studio operations running smoothly.
- Is confident to lead a team, deal with staff scheduling and issues, and able to train and manage other team members in accordance with F45 Training methods.
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised and safe studio experience.
Desired qualifications:
- Level 2 minimum (level 3 preferred) Personal Training/Group Fitness with recognised provider
- Personal/Group training experience
- First Aid/AED certificate
- Managerial experience in a relatable role.
