Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute enterprise-wide sales strategies that drive sustainable growth in a competitive market.
* Secure new dealer partnerships while enhancing relationships with existing dealers across major automotive brands.
* Lead and motivate a national sales team of 20+, fostering a culture of accountability, resilience, and high performance.
* Owning the sales P&L, deliver on revenue, margin, and profitability targets amidst market pressures.
* Provide market insights through competitor analysis and benchmarking, guiding strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
* Champion innovation, leveraging technology, automation, and AI to unlock efficiencies, improve sales performance, and enhance customer experience.
* Collaborate with peers across the executive team to shape and launch new products and solutions.
* Influence business direction through active contribution to strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives.
