Role: Casual/Temporary Cleaner (Aged Care/Home Support) | Location: Elanora, QLD | Pay: $32.31 per hour | Employment type: Part-time, Casual, Contract
Responsibilities
- Visit elderly clients in Elanora, QLD on a regular basis to assist with household tasks, including cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, cleaning and tidying living spaces, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and changing bed linens.
- Assist with small shopping tasks and provide companionship to clients as needed.
- Report any concerns for the welfare of clients to the office.
- Travel between client homes (via public transport or own vehicle) and perform visits with minimal travel time between locations.

What You Need
- Experience in domestic or residential cleaning.
- Strong reliability and commitment to scheduled visits.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between client homes (public transport or own vehicle).
- A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or possess a medical exemption).
- Driver’s license and car preferred.
Schedule & Hours
Initial availability includes multiple days with morning and afternoon shifts. Start with 5 hours in the first week, gradually increasing to 15-25 hours per week. Client visits will be close to your home to minimize travel time.
