Safety and People Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a hands-on HR & HSE professional to join our team.

* Responsibilities include:
* Implementing and managing BrightHR & BrightSafe systems
* Maintaining employment agreements, licenses/qualifications, WHS consents, and induction records
* Coordinating staff inductions, tracking mandatory training, and competencies
* Drafting/refining WHS procedures, SWPs, and toolbox materials
* Providing administrative support with human resources, including return-to-work, consultation notes, registers, and reporting
* Assisting with operational tasks, such as customer inquiries, work orders, technician scheduling, parts sourcing/ordering, and documentation

This is a full-time opportunity with a base salary of $80,000 + super, 38 hours per week, and four weeks' annual leave. The supportive team offers growth opportunities and monthly staff recognition/gifts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A passion for safety and people operations is essential for success in this role.
