Our client, a leading mining operator, is seeking experienced Loader Operators for an ongoing opportunity in the Pilbara. This role is on a 2:1 roster, commencing in January
This is a long-term opportunity for operators who value safety, teamwork, and consistent work on a well-established site.
Key Responsibilities
* Operation of Loaders
* Maintaining haul roads to site standards
* Working collaboratively within a small operations team
* Adhering to all safety and operational procedures
Experience & Skills Required
* Minimum 2-3 years' operating experience within mining or haulage environments
* Proven experience operating Loaders
* Strong safety awareness and ability to work within a small team
Mandatory Requirements
* Loader Operating Qualification (essential)
* Full Driver's Licence
* Passport or Birth Certificate (Visa & VEVO check if applicable)
* White Card
* Able to pass Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen
* Police Clearance within 12 months or willing to obtain
* WAH / CSE / GTA
* USI Transcript
* Two recent work references
* Rio Inductions - Desirable
Site and Roster Details
* Site: Pilbara Location
* Roster: 2:1 FIFO - Week of Days / Week of Nights
* Hours: 12-hour shifts | 11.5 hours paid
* Start Date: January 2026
* Pay: $60.87 per hour (Days & Nights)
