**Our Client**
Our client is very well established in the automotive industry and represents a range of quality, luxurious brands. They are currently recruiting for a customer service representative to join their experienced team to focus on retention. They've got beautiful modern offices and are known for their great work culture
**The Role**
As a successful Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Calling existing customers to upgrade their current model and to refinance
- Respond to and follow up pay-out requests to determine the customer's needs
- Providing excellent customer care services
- Updating databases
- Ad hoc administration duties
- **Location: Parramatta with WFH available 2 days per week after probation**:
- **Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5:00pm**:
- **Salary: $60,000 + Superannuation + Commission**
**You**
As a successful customer service representative, you will offer:
- **Experience working in a call centre or retention environment**:
- Finance and Insurance knowledge highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service driven attitude
