We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our workshop.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring targets are achieved, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for managing production, quality control, customer relationships, profit and loss, reporting, and administration, as well as maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
* Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
* Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitability and prepare P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports.
* Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
* Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain the WHS management system and follow all WHS policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Trade Qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter or similar role within Automotive.
* Highly motivated and driven to exceed targets.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
