About You
* 2+ years experience in an IT Project or Solutions role
* Hands-on with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi‑Fi, and servers
* Designing and deploying complex cloud, server and network environments
* Proven intermediate technical support for client stakeholders such as IT Managers
* Project management exposure
* Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and nail the details
* Excellent written and verbal communication

As an IT Project Engineer, you'll be one of the points of escalation, trusted by customers and team members.
* Design and deliver solutions and focus on project work (not BAU tickets)
* Run multiple projects across a range of technologies
* Explore new and emerging tech so we stay ahead of the curve
* Keep your skills sharp with ongoing certifications and training
* Communicate like a pro, in person and on the phone, so customers feel confident every step of the way
