Job Title: Case Manager - Connection, Strength & Recovery (CSR)
The Case Manager will work with victim-survivors through the provision of specialised therapeutic interventions including 1:1 brief intervention case management, DFV educational support groups.
Main Responsibilities:
* Review risk assessments and safety planning with clients.
* Provide brief case management interventions whilst facilitating sustainable community connections and supports for clients.
* Participate in relevant community development activities in the Eastern and Western regions of metropolitan Adelaide as directed.
Requirements:
* A Degree level qualification in Social Work is essential with full eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
* Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of therapeutic educative based group programs to build individual capacity and promote recovery from the effects of violence and trauma.
* Excellent knowledge of theoretical approaches and practice foundations applicable when working with people experiencing domestic and family violence.
* A strong understanding of risk assessment and safety management in the context of DFV.
* Knowledge of community co-design principles and strong ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and community leaders.
* A current full drivers licence, and be eligible for, or hold a DHS Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
