What You'll Do Run full-function weekly payroll for a state Process payroll every Wednesday, with Thursday/Friday dedicated to queries and updates Manage employee onboarding, changes, terminations and adjustments Produce month-end payroll reports Partner with Finance, HR, and operations to ensure accuracy and compliance Contribute to ongoing process and system improvements You'll step into a role where your ideas matter and continuous improvement is truly encouraged. What You'll Bring: You're a switched-on, detail-focused Payroll Officer capable of taking full responsibility for a 250-headcount weekly payroll. You'll be trained by a high performer who is transitioning into another state team: giving you a smooth, supportive handover.
