This role requires full time availability (38 hours per week) until February 2026.
From there, there is the opportunity to be converted to a permanent employee.ResponsibilitiesProvide support over phone and webchat to our customers about their account and our products.Display care and acknowledgement of customers thoughts and concerns making them feel heard and understoodConfidently and positively talk customers through what we can do for themGive the customer product options and educate to enhance the value they get from usWork efficiently through every interaction using Salesforce to accurately transact for the customerWork towards KPIs and goals focusing on our Customer Advocacy programThe contact centre is open Mon-Fri 6.30am to 5.30pm with an earlier finish on the weekend.
