We are on the lookout for an energetic Part-time Sales Assistant to JOIN our Dubbo store
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will focus on delivering an AMAZING customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapport with regular customers, and recognizing loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.
Each Ally Fashion team member will be the ambassador of our brand, modeling values of Customer-Centricity, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving while ensuring that we can make every day a brighter day as a team
The Part Time Sales Assistant will be flexible to work a rotational weekend roster including late-night trade and will be exposed to opportunities to work in a variety of different areas of the store such as on the sales floor, front register to assist checkouts, fitting room assistance, and in the store reserves.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include staying on top of stock levels, connecting/consulting with and understanding customers to drive the store's sales results, maintaining in-store visual merchandising, and supporting duties.

You will be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven; you will thrive when provided with challenges and work well either in a team or autonomously.
You will also be an individual flare who lives by fashion inspirations and trends, have an eye for fashion styling, desire to continuously exceed customers' expectations, and will be an advantage if you have proven experience in retail (preferably fashion).
