to lead our team to provide top-notch care to our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to work Monday to Friday here in Bunbury, Western Australia.
What you'll do
Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.
Lead and support a team of compassionate caregivers.
Develop individual care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct assessments and regular reviews of resident care needs.
Participate in clinical on-call roster when required.
What we're looking for
A proven background (5 years plus) in the management of clinical care in an aged care setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of aged care regulations and best practice.
A genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
Registered Nursing qualification with APHRA registration.
