Job Title: Director of Governance and Compliance
This is a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong leadership skills. As the Director of Governance and Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that policies are upheld and operational activities are conducted effectively.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to coordinate programs, contribute to policy development, and manage officers within your designated streams. A key aspect of this role is exercising sound judgment and initiative in delivering timely, accurate, and effective senior administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011. They will be able to navigate complex situations while maintaining a focus on outcomes, leading the coordination of key work programs and contributing to the development and continuous improvement of policies and governance frameworks.
