Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, managing and coaching a high-performing team of Territory Sales Managers to deliver sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction targets across assigned regions.
* Developing and executing strategic and tactical business plans aligned with national objectives to drive commercial performance and business improvement.
* Building and maintaining long-term customer partnerships through strong clinical understanding, case support, and solution-based selling.
* Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy, manage budgets, and initiate corrective actions where required.
* Champion a culture of excellence by supporting recruitment, coaching, compliance, and continuous development across the sales organisation.
* Collaborating with your Sales Leadership peers, national team and cross-functional partners in marketing, finance and business excellence.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Candidates with Interventional Cardiology or Vascular experience will be highly regarded.
* Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business or related fields.
* Proven sales experience and people leadership experience in the Medical Technology industry.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into actionable sales plans and measurable outcomes.
* Strong communication skills and willingness to be hands-on.
* Demonstrated expertise in value-based healthcare, stakeholder engagement, and complex deal negotiation across multiple levels of healthcare organisations.
