What You Will Do
* Lead solution architecture initiatives from inception to completion including technical design, feasibility, documentation, and support of the overall automated processes
* Act as an automation subject matter expert during client engagements
* Guide and enforce industry best practices across the project team
* Assess ways to improve currently utilized technology
* Collaborate with business users and executive teams to solution automation designs in alignment with business needs, desired KPIs, and ROI metrics
* Champion the adoption of reusable automation assets to improve efficiency
* Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing automation solutions
What You Will Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
* UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
* 3-5+ years of UiPath Development Experience
* Experience using UiPath REFramework and leveraging dispatchers, queues, and performers to create scalable solutions
* Advanced knowledge of leading technical architecture solutions in the industry area
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
* Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Other Preferred Skills:
* Cloud Infrastructure experience (Azure or AWS)
* Experience with installation and configuration of RPA software, preferably with UiPath software
* Demonstrable knowledge of business process improvement
* Experience working with project teams
* Understanding of agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Understanding of the intelligent automation market
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills, capable of breaking down complex structures into digestible components for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels
