Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for partnering with our Recruitment Manager and Heads of Departments to clarify hiring needs, prepare and update job descriptions, and launch roles quickly and accurately following agreed workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 2 years experience in recruitment coordination, talent admin, HR admin or agency resourcing
* Strong written communication skills (job ads, emails, candidate messaging)
* Confident on Zoom, comfortable running short structured screens
* Ability to work autonomously with maturity
