What will your day look like?
Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve KPIs and sustainable outcomes
Driving performance and supporting staff to deliver results for Job Seekers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, training organisations, and stakeholders
Identifying and sourcing employment opportunities that meet participant needs
Ensuring compliance and quality standards are met across sites
Collaborating with your Regional Manager to solve challenges and deliver continuous improvement
This role is based in our Upper Mount Gravatt office and will support sites across the South Brisbane region.

What do we need from you?
Minimum 2 years' experience leading small teams (employment services experience highly regarded)
Strong business development and relationship management skills
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
Current Driver's Licence & National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
Flexibility to work across multiple sites when required
