We'relooking for a curious, insight‐focused Data Analyst who loves turning complex information into clear, meaningful stories. In this role,you'lltransform datasets, enhance Power BI reporting, and build dashboards that bring visibility to key performance drivers across the business.You'llwork closely with cross‐functional teams, uplifting performance through thoughtful insights, improved data quality and streamlined reporting processes. Responsibilities
* Model, transform and explore complex datasets to deliver clear insights that guide revenue, clientperformanceand customer behaviour responsibilities.
* Rebuild and optimise Power BI performance datasets (from Databricks) to improve accuracy, reporting quality and visibility of key business drivers.
* Design, enhance andmaintainPower BI dashboards and reports thatprovideactionable insights across fleet performance, residualvaluesand funding utilisation.
* Deliver marketing and campaign responsibilities, building unified dashboards and insights that improve targeting,ROIand acquisition performance.
* Partner closely with revenue teams to appreciate performance drivers and deliver insights that uplift pricing, volume,marginand portfolio responsibilities.
* Provide fast,accurateadhocresponsibilities to uplift strategic initiatives and operational responsibility making.
* Improve performance measurement processes, enhancing data structures, metrics and reporting to strengthen visibility over time.
* Drive continuous improvement in data quality, insight‐focusedworkflowsand insight delivery across the business.
Skills
* 2–4 years' experience in data responsibilities, BI or reporting, ideally in a commercially focused environment.
* Hands‐on experience with Power BI, SQL and/or Databricks, including data preparation,transformationand exploration.
* Strong dashboard and reporting capability, able to present insights and performance trends clearly to business stakeholders.
* Comfortable working cross‐functionally with finance, sales,operationsand marketing to connect with needs and resolve data challenges.
* Solid awareness of modern data platforms, datamodellingand BI bestpractice.
* Proficient in Power BI,SQLand Excel, with the energy to learn tools likeDatabricks, Python, or Generative AIas the role evolves.
* Excellent problem‐solving skills, with the ability to turn business questions into clear insight‐focused requirements.
