Lifestyle Program Management
As a Lifestyle Team Lead, you will oversee the planning and coordination of engaging lifestyle programs to promote social connection, wellbeing and quality life for residents.
1. The successful applicant will lead mentoring supporting a small team of staff developing monthly activity calendars and newsletters liaising with community groups organizing external outings contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Certificate IV in Leisure or equivalent is required; demonstrated experience in lifestyle programming diversional therapy is essential;
3. A strong leader with excellent communication interpersonal skills required; must have the ability to motivate mentor others as well as work collaboratively within our team.
