The Role
As a Pharmacist in Charge, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive Clinical Excellence: ensure precise dispensing of medications, maintain high standards of practice, and pursue specialised clinics in areas such as Men's Health, Diabetes Management or Endometriosis.
Enhance Customer Engagement: implement forward dispensing practices, offer expert advice on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and health concerns through our Care Clinics, ensuring personalised service and fostering stronger patient relationships.
Embrace Continuous Learning: access industry-leading MasterClass sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Champion Safety: adhere to all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients.
Leverage Innovative Tools: effectively utilise new technologies such as Minfos for pharmacy management, the myTWC app for online bookings and script management, and uphold clear expectations for their integration to streamline operations and improve patient experience.

To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA and experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.
