THE ROLE
Are you ready to WOW our customers by leading a Nutrition Warehouse store? People are at the heart of what we do: your key mission as a Store Manager is to help our customers achieve their health and fitness goals by ensuring an exceptional customer experience every single time.
As a Store Manager, you will also be actively building your team capabilities and engagement. With continuous support from HQ, you will be provided with the tools and coaching to drive recruitment, training, succession and team culture in your store!
Driven by sales targets and KPIs, you will also challenge yourself and motivate your team to exceed performance targets, while building the Nutrition Warehouse brand and partnerships in your area (and yes, we have some awesome cash rewards for kicking those goals!)
