Additionally, this role will involve some basic IT support for new starters and existing staff.Visitor and client reception: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, contractors, and clients entering the building, ensuring they are greeted professionally and directed appropriately.Coordinate general building maintenance and repairs: liaising with staff and contractors to ensure facilities are kept in good condition and any issues are promptly addressed.Office operations management: Oversee daily administrative activities, manage office supplies, manage regular grocery orders.Internal & external event planning: arranging occasional company breakfasts, organising catering, room hire and guest lists. Planning and assisting with external functions.General office admin: keeping systems up to date, calendar management and other admin as required.IT & systems support: Troubleshooting and diagnosing basic IT issues for new starters and staff. Assisting with the setup and deployment of new devices, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.IT inventory management: maintaining and managing our IT inventory including hardware and software licenses, and assisting with procurement as needed.Compliance & WHS: collaborating with external providers in maintaining and updating the WHS processes, guidelines & documentation to secure a safe office for all.Other: Assistance with miscellaneous projects as required.
