About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy Property and Conveyancing team. You'll play a key role in managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to settlement.
* Prepare contracts, transfer documents, settlement statements, and correspondence.
* Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
* Conduct title and property searches and maintain accurate matter records.
* Coordinate settlements using PEXA and other electronic platforms.
* Provide general administrative support to the property team.
About You
* Proven experience in residential or commercial conveyancing (minimum 1 year preferred).
* Strong understanding of PEXA and conveyancing processes.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* A proactive and professional attitude with a genuine commitment to client service.
