About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is the operation, control, maintenance and oversight of real estate properties.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Oversee all routine, incoming and outgoing inspections
* Ensure high-quality services are provided to owners and tenants
* Oversee all necessary documentation relating to the leasing of properties
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* A current driver's licence
* A current Class 2 Real Estate license
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management
