Tripcony Traders is seeking an experienced and people-focused Front of House Manager to lead service delivery, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is a hands-on, full-time leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and brings confidence and consistency to busy hospitality operations.
About the Role
As FOH Manager, you will oversee day-to-day front of house operations, lead the team during service, and ensure service standards, presentation, and guest experience are consistently delivered.
You'll work closely with the kitchen, park operations, and leadership team to support regular trade, peak periods, and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage FOH team during service
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences every shift
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop FOH staff
• Manage rosters, labour efficiency, and shift coverage
• Maintain service standards, RSA compliance, and venue presentation
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
• Support events, promotions, and peak trading periods
• Report on service performance and team matters
About You
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a FOH management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Confident running busy services and making decisions independently
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset
• Passion for hospitality, people, and service excellence
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and peak holiday periods
