Description
* Stabilise, maintain, and document the existing automation environment to mitigate operational risks.
* Design and deliver advanced automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
* Identify automation opportunities through consultation with business stakeholders.
* Develop reusable components, technical standards, and clear documentation for scalability.
* Uplift low-code/no-code capability and support the Developer Community of Practice.
* Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and citizen developers.
* Ensure governance, environment management, and security compliance.
* Work within Agile delivery frameworks for timely, high-quality deployment.
Profile
A successful Automation Developer / Specialist should have:
* Exposure to Power Platform / Power Automate / Power Apps / Power Tools / Power BI
* Relevant qualifications in technology, engineering, or a related field.
* Strong technical skills in automation tools and systems.
* Experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector is highly regarded.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
