An exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s most recognised retailers in a high-impact Property Analyst role – supporting major national development and investment strategies. About the Role: As a Property Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth and optimisation of a national property portfolio valued at over $700M. You’ll lead feasibility modelling, board-level reporting, and strategic insights across acquisition, development, and divestment initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-level financial analysis and complex Board Papers for property transactions and developments Develop feasibility models for all acquisitions, redevelopments, and freehold proposals Lead six-monthly fair value reviews of the owned property portfolio Support capital transactions and development managers with data-driven commercial insights Act as a key contact for complex divestments and due diligence processes Who You’ll Work With: Senior Capital Transactions and Investment Managers Internal Development and Property Teams Executive Leadership & Divisional Board External Agents, Valuers & Consultants What You’ll Bring: Minimum 5 years’ experience in property valuation, feasibility, or investment (retail or large-format exposure highly regarded) Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce or Finance Strong financial modelling skills using tools like Estate Master and Excel Effective communicator with the ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in presenting commercial insights Why Join?
