Job Summary:
The position of Accounts Administrator is a key role within the organization's finance department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Accurately match invoices to purchase orders and process a high volume of supplier invoices
* Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations to ensure account accuracy
* Process supplier payments in accordance with agreed trading terms
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
* Assisting with end-of-month reporting requirements
* Supporting other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar accounts or administration position (1-2 years ideally).
They will also possess excellent communication and phone manner skills, a keen willingness to learn and develop their career, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is highly valued.
