Responsibilities:
Erect, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding systems on construction sites.
Assist in loading and unloading scaffolding materials and equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects.
Perform general labour duties as required.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a scaffolder or general labourer in the construction industry is preferred.
Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., Basic or Intermediate Scaffolding Ticket) is desirable.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Availability to work day and night shifts, including weekends when necessary.
