About the role
Our team members are the face of Bunnings, providing friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring every experience counts. They help customers find the right product, share expert tips, and turn DIY dreams into reality. This is a casual or part‐time position with flexibility to work morning, day, and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Pay: $28.64 per hour (adult rate for 18 years of age and above)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customers with a positive experience across the store.
* Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy.
* Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Prior experience in warehousing, customer service, or manual handling is an advantage.
* Strong passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm.
* Ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers.
* Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and readiness to assist across various areas of the store.
* Integrity, commitment to safety, and willingness to do your best.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
