We are seeking a skilled Financial Strategist to join our team and contribute to delivering expert financial analysis, budget management, and strategic advice that supports informed decision-making across the organisation.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in collaborating with key stakeholders to develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets, prepare monthly management reports, and provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
* Provide timely and actionable financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making and cost control.
* Collaborate with Executive Managers and departmental heads to monitor and manage operational budgets.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to senior management and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce (Accounting).
* Demonstrated experience in financial management, management accounting, and cost control in an operational context.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful advice.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and handle competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
