Based at the Happy Valley depot, you will also support field teams to foster a positive customer experience and outcome driven culture, enhancing their skills and capabilities through mentoring and development.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Happy Valley.
Reporting Line: Operations Manager
Key activities for this role include:
* Supportive and strong people leadership, supervision, technical guidance, and training
* Directing day to day operations required for the efficient and effective provision of planned and reactive works as well as maintenance activities.
* Actively lead and participate in all site OH&S activities and initiatives
* High level of field presence, including performing regular field audits
* People management, including e-timesheet approvals, performance reviews, development, and performance management
* Participate in the overall contract operational service delivery to ensure that business plan objectives and corporate strategies are met.

* Abiding by all company policies and procedures and showing ethical responsibility to self and team members.
* Support field teams to foster a positive customer experience and an outcome-driven culture, enhancing their skills and capabilities through mentoring and development.
* A willingness to think openly, with a positive, adaptable mindset.
* Working collaboratively with other Field Supervisors.
* Providing on-call support and leadership on a rostered basis.
* Monitoring and analysing work order data from the field / sub-contractor.
* Performing field safety observations to ensure our people go home safely.
* Achieving goals while adhering to standards and best practices.
* Reporting project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and/or stakeholders including escalation of risks as required.
