We're growing our Toowoomba store and looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

As a broker in our store, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer enquiries and providing expert lending advice
* Supporting customers throughout the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
* Leveraging Aussie Property Hub to connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey, including buyer's agents and conveyancing
* Building relationships in the local community to create referral partnerships and grow your pipeline
* Having clients booked directly into your diary – no cold calling required
This is a rare salaried mortgage broker role, offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
Qualifications
To succeed as an Aussie Store Broker, you'll need:
* A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or a willingness to obtain it – we can provide support)
* A background in sales or customer service roles
* Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store
* A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
