The Role As Centre Director, you will provide strong, visible leadership within a large, high-occupancy early learning service supported by an established and experienced team. Your focus will be on maintaining operational excellence, strengthening culture, and driving consistent quality across the service. Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and developing a well-established team to sustain high performance and engagement Ensuring ongoing compliance, child safety, and quality standards are met and continuously improved Embedding consistent routines, expectations, and pedagogical practice aligned with organisational frameworks Driving centre performance in a high-enrolment environment, with a focus on stability and excellence Building and maintaining strong relationships with families, the local community, and key stakeholders The centre operates within a clear leadership structure, including an Assistant Director and Educational Leader enabling you to focus on leadership, culture, and quality outcomes.
