About the role

We're looking for an organised, people-focused Practice Manager to help lead our Maryborough clinic into its next phase of growth. This role is central to ensuring the clinic runs smoothly each day while supporting both our Admin Team and Allied Health Professionals. You'll work closely with the National Admin Manager and take ownership of the clinic's operational performance.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role, with availability required between 8:00am and 6:00pm.


What You'll Be Doing

* Providing hands-on leadership and guidance to the Administration Team
* Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the clinic meets its performance targets
* Maintaining consistent and accurate administrative processes
* Managing daily banking and financial handling
* Delivering a warm, professional experience for all clients and visitors
* Monitoring outstanding accounts, managing payments, and reducing aged debt
* Creating staff rosters and coordinating leave across the admin group
* Contributing to staff development and supporting performance review processes
* Training and mentoring new team members
* Building positive relationships with external partners and organisations
* Rolling out updated procedures, policies, and operational manuals
* Coordinating clinic supplies, equipment, and general ordering
* Managing WorkCover and other third-party accounts
* Addressing and resolving client concerns
* Preparing operational, patient, and financial reports
* Actively promoting and supporting product sales

What You Bring

* Administration qualifications or at least four years' experience in a similar leadership role (medical or reception experience highly valued)
* A commitment to delivering outstanding client service
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A proactive approach, with enthusiasm for learning and supporting business improvement
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable using modern digital tools; familiarity with G-Suite is a plus
* Flexibility and adaptability in a busy, changing environment
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* A current valid driver's licence
