About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Product Developer to manage the end-to-end development of styles across multiple collections. This role is critical in ensuring product is executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with the critical path.
You will sit at the centre of design, development, and production - owning the process from initial setup through to production‐ready product.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up all new styles in Style Arcade, including fabrication, supplier allocation, and CAD uploads
* Create and maintain detailed tech packs, including BOMs, construction notes, and POMs
* Ensure all styles are set up correctly from day one to minimise rework and sampling delays
Fabric & Trim Sourcing and Print Development
* Source fabrics and trims directly with suppliers via WeChat
* Build strong supplier relationships to ensure speed and clarity in communication
* Maintain and continuously update the internal fabric library
* Send artwork to suppliers for print development
* Manage and track print strike‐offs, ensuring timely approvals
* Action feedback quickly to maintain development timelines
Sample & Development Management
* Track all styles across multiple suppliers and sample stages
* Manage sample requests, follow‐ups, and approvals from first sample through to PP
* Organise samples by collection and development stage for clear visibility
Fit Process & Execution
* Attend fit sessions and document fit comments and design changes
* Ensure all updates are actioned and accurately reflected in tech packs
* Work closely with GTs and Designers to achieve first‐time‐right samples
Critical Path & SMS Management
* Monitor development timelines across all styles, ensuring alignment with the critical path
* Order and track all SMS components, ensuring delivery meets key deadlines and escalating delays where required
* Manage the ordering and tracking of all SMS components in line with critical path milestones
* Set up and maintain accurate raw material information within BOMs
* Ensure consistency and alignment across systems, tech packs, and documentation
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Design, Buying, and Garment Technology teams
* Act as the key link between internal teams and offshore suppliers
* Ensure product is aligned with design intent, technical standards, and commercial requirements

* Styles are set up accurately and efficiently from the outset
* Tech packs are clear, complete, and minimise sampling iterations
* Development is tracked and delivered in line with the critical path
* Strong communication across teams and suppliers
* Improved speed to market and first‐time‐right samples
About You
* Completed a tertiary qualification in Fashion, Textiles, or a related discipline, with 1+ years' experience in a similar product development or fashion role
* Strong understanding of fabrics and trims, with a genuine passion for product and curiosity around how garments are developed
* Able to balance creative thinking with technical execution, moving confidently between design and systems
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Highly organised and detail‐oriented, with a methodical approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills, confident working with internal teams and offshore suppliers
* Proficient across Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
* Experience with Style Arcade or similar PLM systems is highly regarded
