In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team of Pathology Collectors and Administrators, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers undergoing health assessments as part of their visa application process. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead a team of pathology collectors and administrators to ensure the ongoing provision of highly professional and customer focussed service Develop staffing strategies and manage rosters Day-to-day engagement and relationship management of third-party providers Oversee and conduct health assessments and assist the administration team as required Treat customers with respect and dignity, considering their cultural and spiritual beliefs Ensure compliance with clinical governance, safety, and regulatory requirements We are looking for: We are seeking an experienced supervisory professional with strong phlebotomy skills who is ready to step confidently into a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who has overseen small teams in either a clinical or administrative setting and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. Medical Centre Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm Occasional Saturdays to support peak periods: 8:00am - 2:00pm The successful candidate will work on a rotating roster with other centre leaders to support the opening hours.
