The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives across corporate accommodation, events, and leisure segments. Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, conference, and group markets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
* Drive sales strategies to increase occupancy, event bookings, and overall revenue
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and guest experiences
* Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
About You
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (hospitality experience highly regarded)
