This role suits an aspiring/active real estate sales associate who understands sales, values autonomy, and prefers being the engine behind the scenes rather than the lead agent. Created strategically during a growth phase, this position sits at the heart of the sales operation. You’ll own buyer management and sales administration end to end, supporting a high-performing agent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll work exclusively with warm, inbound buyer enquiries, manage inspections, liaise with conveyancers and brokers, assist with negotiations, and support buyers through to settlement. You’ll also support listing campaigns, compliance, CRM accuracy and sales processes. It suits someone who backs themselves, takes ownership, and enjoys responsibility without micromanagement.
