A leading hand required for our client located in Osborne Park. This role is still hands on, however it will have an element of managing the factory staff.
- Good knowledge of all aspects of cabinet making
- Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks for other staff
- Provide training and supervision to other staff
- Ensure deadlines are met and provide feedback to office staff
- Manage stock levels
Must be Australian trade qualified.
