Key Responsibilities Office Administration: Coordinate and manage daily office operations; oversee client parking arrangements, meeting venue preparation, and office supplies; handle incoming calls, courier arrangements, and office equipment management; liaise with and manage the office cleaner.
Family Office Services: Assist ultra-high-net-worth clients with ad hoc requests (e.g., visa/passport applications, insurance, medical aid, filing systems); attend client locations for document signing.
Executive Support: Provide diary management for directors and senior management; arrange travel itineraries, including flights and accommodation; schedule monthly client meetings; handle ad hoc personal requests (e.g., car servicing, restaurant bookings).
Client Administration: Prepare and prepopulate account-opening documentation.
Requirements English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 15 years' experience in a professional environment.
Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
Clear credit and criminal record.
Previous experience as a PA or administrator for senior management preferred.
Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, positive attitude.
