Executive Sous Chef Job Description

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the culinary operations of our resort. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food products and exceptional dining experiences.


Key Responsibilities

* Food preparation and presentation
* Staff management and training
* Menu creation and quality control
* Departmental budgeting and cost control


Requirements

* Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Middle to upper-level management experience in a large hotel/resort
* Knowledge of Food Safety and workplace health and safety practices
