This is a senior leadership role that oversees the culinary operations of our resort. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food products and exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements
* Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
